Proactive Monitoring

Through the advanced monitoring system at Psychosis Control Centre we keep a close eye on
our clients' servers, workstations and back-ups, ensuring your systems are safe and healthy and
letting you get on with running your business. We can often spot potential problems before they
occur and respond instantly to unexpected issues.

If any monitored system or service encounters a problem we call you at once (if it's during working
hours) and provide you with our estimated fix time. Usually this happens before you've even noticed
that something is wrong.

The data from our monitoring reports also allows us to report back to you on the general health of
your system, and of any forthcoming upgrades that may be needed. This way you stay in ship shape,
and avoid having to react as a result of poor performance.
